I want to sell stuff to military members, how do i market to them...and...?

I cant say how that would work for most countries, but US Military personnel cannot simply purchase equipment for the troops that serve under them. They have to requisition those supplies from the procurement department of the branch they serve with (Army, Navy, etc). Now individual troops can buy certain things for themselves (gloves, sungles) as long as they meet regulations. But for what you are trying to sell, that would have to be directed to the branch's procurement department and you would have to be designated as a defense contractor.
