Hair help please!!!!!!?

ok so whenever i take a shower afterwards my hair poofs out a little its a straight poof tho but no matter how i dry it it poofs the only way it doesnt poof is if i scrunch it how can i prevent this or is their any shampoos or conditionars to prevent this ive tried a bunch already but still helpppp!
