Kitten licked dog hartz ultra guard off. will she die? How can i prevent it?

Stormy is about 4 months old, we recently tried to give her some flea and tick medicine but it was the dog version. she is now walking really slow and twitching. She is not eating or drinking water. She isnt even walking straight and seems to be seeing things by the way she moves so cautiously and constantly looking around her before she makes a move.... Can she be dying? If so can I do anything to prevent it?
