I had a dream about a girl that i never met and we kissed and i feel the sensation even now when im awake?

My dream, from what i remember is me talking to a girl that i dont recognize in real life, and i smile and say cya later. As im walking away i look back at her one more time and smile and she smiles back and i notice she starts running towards me. So i turn my body to face her and BAM she runs into me and we start kissing pionatly. Then i wake up. The great sensation i felt from kissing her, i still feel it now even after a whole day awake. Whats it mean?
