Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

My cl hatched chickens in an incubator and one was coming out and got stuck on the incubator wire lining the bottom of the incubator. The egg had actually stuck and he was stuck to the egg. I think that made it extra hard for him causing trouble. He is having trouble and he doesn't have fluffy feathers like all the others. His feathers are all matted and his wings are stubby and so are his legs they are all wobbly. He can barely stand, is constantly pitifully, is deformed. He can lift himself up and peep really loud. He also can make his way around but by crawling. The other chickens in the wooden box with heat lamp are fine and dandy but this little guy is being pecked at sometimes and he is just having an awful time. Some are just stepping right on him and sitting on him. I dont want him to die. He still might have a chance!! Any ideas? Help!!!
