Allergy or something question? Getting frustrated!?

I wake up at 6am. I take 180mg Allegra, I netipot my nostrils every morning, then I do 2 puffs of Flonase up each nostril. I don't blow my nose for 30 mins. I do everything perfect. But, today, I woke up with my right nostril slammed shut! Why? I should be able to breathe on these meds. We just shut off the Ac's and put fans in the windows. I think it's that. What could I try. I like the Allegra, but I might try Nasonex instead of Flonase. Oh, and one more thing. When I spray the Flonase up my nose, I feel like its not spraying? Is that my Bipolar? lol. It does spray everytime right? Thank you.
