How can I get better at spitting or swallowing during bjs?

I've been with my guy for about three years now, and there has only been like three times where I decided to spit after giving my guy a bj. The taste is just ridiculously awful, and I gag instantaneously when I even decide to spit and even when I have to touch it with my hands. I haven't been able to spit or swallow since the last incident (puking...sad, I know.)...How do I get better at taking the shot (ha ha) without gagging and getting ready to throw up?
