When your unborn baby wriggles around does it tickle for you or sometimes hurt a bit?

Awww, my boy has been wriggling around so much this afternoon and it tickles so much then I feel a bit of pain that lasts a slpit second. I also feel as though he's pinching me from the inside!! :-p
