Second 99 Runescape Skill Mining?

Okay so I got 99 fletching yesterday and I was thinking of getting 99 mining because only like 1.5k people have it. Is this a good choice? Is there an easier and better choice to go for? I'm 72 mining at the moment. I was thinking of 99 crafting too but its so expensive! Help
