What is the best growth promoting mascara?

mascara doesn't -- and cannot -- promote growth. However, some are stickier and harder to come off, which can pull/tug at your lashes and leave them worse for the wear. I use Lash Stilletto by Maybelline and I love it. The formula is very "wet" and lengthens very nicely. I can apply multiple coats with no clumping. It's usually $7 or $8 at any drugstore and comes off easily with makeup remover. While your lashes are struggling, make sure to use a good remover so you're not pulling on them. And you may want to try dabbing a wee bit of olive oil or baby oil on them before bed so that they're condtiioned. Good luck!
