HSG and TTL? What do those intials mean?

I have seen a doctor about 6 months ago and he told me that there was a possibility of me having an ovarion cysts. The chances of me having it was very slim though. One in a million chances. He also told me that I should not have any chances getting pregnant, he would be more than happy to deliver all five of my children. What is that? It sounds like I defintely need another opinion, especialy since some of you have given me advice that I have not thought of.
