How do i deal with an immature man?

thanks all for your answers. my problem is how do i deal with an immature man. its not like he's young (30), living together but whenever we disagree he takes off and spends the night at his brother's. no dialogue and beleive me i have tried to dialogue, becoming polite, approaching issues maturely but nothing seems to work. no other issue though apart from this taking off.
