What was the ride on toy you sat in had 2 big wheels on either side you rolled w/hands forward back & 360*?

This was a ride on toy from the 1970's like a whirly wheel only made of heavy plastic the bottom was solid were you sat yellow or orange wheels on either side are large w/handles you rolled to make it go and there was a small wheel under neath for turns. I want to find one for my daughter.
