Where can I get a pro bono laywer to suit my employer for wrongfull demotion?

I was demoted from my job as a general manager for not running service times of under 30 minutes which is illegal to be pushing there crew to deliver under 30 minutes if im not mistaken, also on my demotion paperwork is mentioned that i ran a high food cost and labor, however my boss who planned and set the dates for a mega week event did so on lent which stifled Business I just did as I was told, also I have a racist joke sent in a text message from my boss
