How do I find an out of stock Carter's teddy bear?

Last Christmas I bought a Carter's teddy bear at a Kohl's store. It's getting worn out from the laundering and my daughter won't sleep without her "nug nug". Naturally, they're not selling this bear any more and I can't find it any where. HELP
